The CSU Board of Trustees recently approved a 15% tuition increase for the 2011-2012 academic year, claiming that the state budget shortfalls have left the CSU system no other options.
What do you think about this increase - is this a necessary evil or just a way to steal the last of your ramen money?

I guess there's no other options really. It sucks because the economy is in the dumps and everyone's tight right now but the system needs money to operate, so...
